If I could only find the right programme, I know I could be successful.
I think many programmes don t really work and that no one particular programme can be right for everyone.
Many programmes are complicated and there are often too many changes to make, or I often can t find the time to follow it properly.
It is difficult, but something I have to do from time to time to keep control of my health.
